It’s time for MORE!
Hey there!
It has been a while since I last wrote something longer than an Instagram post, but I will be rectifying that this year! I hope the past year was somewhat normal, healthy, and happy (considering the circumstances).
Welcome to 2022! 🥳
You didn’t think you'd make it?? Well, you did. Congratulations!!! Now what?!?
Of course, we are going to talk about New Year Resolutions, goals, desires, whatever you like to call them… In one of my older blogs, I discussed what resolutions are and why we sometimes (or all the time) never get to bring them to fruition.
Since the last time I spoke about how I set my goals, I’ve evolved, so to speak. In the past couple of years, I’ve been focusing more on how I want to FEEL - what it will look like, be like, feel like… when I wrote down my goals this time, they were not specific to the T (like previous years) exactly what I wanted and how I was going to get it. Now I am leaving breathing room for the Universe to deliver to me in a way that is best suited.
There is more than one way to achieve your goals and sometimes we are our own obstacle, our own enemy.
So, this year my goals and resolutions are *MORE*!
What’s that you ask? Well, I didn’t notice the trend until I was finished writing but when I read them back the one word that kept repeating in each sentence was MORE - more travel, more adventures, more aligned work, more laughter and fun, more love, more abundance, etc.
I want to do a few certain things but other than that I am leaving it to the Universe to lead me to the right circumstances, the right time and place, and the right person so I can experience MORE. I want to experience life to the fullest.
Often, we are so focused on what we are working on that we forget to actually enjoy the moment. And yes, this plan might’ve started when I realized that I am almost half my life, statistically speaking, and I haven’t been honest with myself for a good part of my life and haven’t done the things that I really want to do. So here we are today, learning how to live in this “new normal”, doing things and feeling in a slightly different way.
For me - this year is all about shifting gears and redirecting my focus to my new business. It will be different, yet very similar to what I do now. More on that in my next post! But don’t worry MTT will be around for a while longer…
I’d like to end by leaving you with this question 👇
How do you want to feel in 2022??
*You can also start with these questions:
What do you want more of this year?
What brings you joy and peace?
If there were no obstacles, how would you like to live your life?
